MOC - Transmit Documents

CE allows system users to send documents to each other for viewing, reviewing and editing purposes. Transmittal records are created to govern the transfer of these documents through a workflow. Just like the MOC workflow, the document transmittal workflow ensures the correct people are viewing the correct documents.
