Closing a Task in the Cloud
Once your tasks are completed and the SmartForm filled out, signed and uploaded back into the system, you need to close out the task(s) in the Inspections and Test Forms Completions By SmartForms Manager.

In the Inspections and Test Forms Completions By SmartForms Manager, find Completed (not Closed) Tasks that a supervisor (or closer) wants to review and close. Click on the appropriate task. The line highlights in yellow.

Use the secondary pane to review the Task steps and read answers to the questions.
Close Task Button. |

If everything looks good, Click Close to close the task. The System shows the Task Status as Closed.
