SmartForms are a unique technology that handle very complex table and graph-oriented check sheets. They can be checked out to field personnel and used offline.

When connected to a database, these forms are opened, filled-out on-screen, submitted (with fill data stored in the cloud), reopened for editing, routed via email and printed at various locations

Works Offline

SmartForms can be used COMPLETELY OFFLINE.

Users open dynamically created forms and fill them out. When Internet connectivity is available, the data from these forms is uploaded into the cloud

(including images and signatures) and populates the database. The forms can be reopened for editing and/or scrubbed of data when new events or

triggers require further action or follow up.

Customizable Templates

We provide a series of templates for the most commonly used configurations. However, we provide customization and can develop new checkboxes, input fields, tables, etc. Talk with your system administrator if you need a customized SmartForm.

Capable of Electronic Completions

SmartForms alleviate the need for a paper-based solution. Field personal check out (or administrators can check out for them) the forms, perform and complete the tasks regardless of location, and check the forms back in. When connectivity is re-established, data gets automatically pushed and stored in the cloud. Data input mistakes are virtually eliminated.

Dynamic Sections

SmartForms are intelligent. They change options depending on the choices you make. SmartForms do not repeat questions and include approval workflow for powerful change management.

Electronic Submission

Submit task completions electronically, which means seamless communication between the database and the forms. Worker Representative information is required, adding traceability to every procedure

Incorporates Images

Use your mobile device (iPad) to take pictures of equipment, locations, etc. The image(s) automatically populate the datasheets and upload with the rest of the data in the forms.

Captures Signatures

Sign off on work completion right on the screen for complete accountability of daily task accomplishments.
