The first step to using Smart Forms is finding them! Then you must check them out to a mobile device in order to use them in the field.
You can access Smart Forms in the CCMS.
Finding the Smart Forms
To access Smart Forms, log into the system and (if applicable) choose the correct Project. The System typically defaults to your Switchboard Workspace:

From SwitchBoard Workspace, click on the Completions tab. The Completions Tab opens. |

Under Preparation & Scheduling, click on the Smart Forms button. The Inspection and Test Forms Completions By Tasks (SmartForms) Manager opens. |

Press Search at the bottom of the screen to populate a list of Inspections and Test Forms Completions by Tasks assigned to you. Note: Administrator(s) assign Task Models and Tasks to system users, then assign Tasks to inspections and Test Forms. If you do not see any SmartForms in the Manager, contact your Administrator immediately. Notice the gray Check Out buttons in the Actions column of each Form. |

You must Check out a SmartForm in order to use it. Single Form Check Out: You can simply click the Check Out button on the row associated with the appropriate Form. Batch Form Check Out: You can Check Out multiple Forms at the same time.
They highlight in yellow. Click Check Out at the bottom of the screen. Note: Administrator(s) will see a dialogue box that allows them to select a Company and Person for whom to Check Out the Forms. |
