Accessing the File Sharing Tool
The first step to sharing files is finding the tool.
You can access the File Library Manager in the Engineering module of CE.
Finding the File Library Manager
To share files, log into the System and (if applicable) choose the correct Project. The System typically defaults to your Switchboard Workspace:

From SwitchBoard Workspace, click on the Engineering tab.
The Engineering Tab opens. |

Under Documents, click on the Documents button.
The Documents & Drawings Manager opens. |

From the top navigation dropdown tabs, click on Engineering. A dropdown appears. From the dropdown, click on Documents & Drawings, then File Sharing.
