Generating Production Criticality Analysis (PCA) Reports

To generate a list of assets that have or have not been assigned a criticality rating, users must use the SEARCH PANEL to define the “data set”. The data set is usually queried by:

Criticality Characteristics
Location
Asset information

NOTE: Reports will honor the user search criteria and load the information into three different report formats.

The process for generating Production Criticality Analysis (PCA) Reports is outlined below:

Step	Action
1	Navigation: Completions > Criticality Analysis > Production Criticality Analysis (PCA) > Reports Report PDF Icon.
2	Select the PDF icon for the report you wish to run. PCA Index Report.
3	The Report will load. Next Training: FMEA - Failure Mode Effects Analysis
