Receiving File Sharing Emails
When someone shares a file with you, you receive an email with a link to download the file.
Opening Shared Files Sent From Another System User
The email is titled IBS File Notification. Open the email and click on the link (which opens a browser window).
You can download the shared file to your computer.

Open the email titled IBS File Notification. Review the information provided. Within the text of the email, click open.
If you are not logged into the System, CE will ask you to log in. If you are already logged in, skip to Step 3. |

Enter your User Name and Password. Click Login.
The System immediately opens the specific File Library record. |

Review the File Information and any Comments provided. Look to the right of the screen, in the Upload File section. Click download.
Depending on the type of browser you are using, your computer will download the file and/or ask what you want to do. |

In Chrome, the file will automatically download at the bottom of the browser window. Click on the down arrow and select Open from the dropup.
In Internet Explorer (IE), the browser will ask what you want to do with the file. Open or Save the file to your computer.
View the file. If it is a compressed (zipped) file, go to the next step. |

If the file is zipped, your computer opens the folder in a window with Compressed Folder Tools available. Click Extract all.
Select where you want to save your folder. Make sure Show extracted files when complete is checked. Click Extract.
